Company Policies

Session Booking fees: Session booking fee/deposits must be paid when you schedule on our calendar. This is not refundable. While we do allow for a reschedule when an emergency arises, we limit reschedules to a one-time event. The remainder of the invoice mubst be paid in full per contract prior to receiving any digital or produced product. No Exception. A signed invoice is required.

Payment Plans: If there is an arrangement in place for a payment plan, no payment plan will go past 90 days from event or session. If payments are not paid in full by the contractual agreement, the contract will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeited by the client and not refunded.

Wedding bookings: Weddings may be booked up to 24 months in advance. All wedding bookings require a deposit that will be agreed upon in the contract. A contract must be signed to confirm an actual booking and a non-refundable deposit will be collected. Weddings can be rescheduled, however, if we cannot accommodate the reschedule, the deposit will still be non-refunded.

Salsa Photo Booth: rental must be paid in full at the time of booking and a signed contract is required and is not refundable. Bookings may be made up to 24 months in advance.

Travel charge: we do charge a travel fee for any event or session that is more than 75 miles from Dallas, Texas. Please call to discuss this in detail with us and we will provide a contract and pricing detail with you.

Children: Unless children are the subject of the photography session, we do not allow unattended children in our studio. When the subject matter is adult  as in the diirection of boudoir, please understand and respect the policy. Do not bring your children. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the session and loss of booking deposit.

Couples boudoir: We do offer couples boudoir. We have special pricing for couples boudoir and we shoot as team with 2 shooters during boudoir. No exception to this policy. Children are not allowed on premises during a couples boudoir. No exceptions.

​

Printed Media: Payment in full is required to order. All outstanding invoices must be paid prior to any print media order being placed. Printed media arrives within 4 weeks in most instances. If a shorter receiving date is needed, the rush charge is $150 assessed to the client and payment is required prior to ordering.
